Al momento dell'arrivo sono stata avvisata che all'Esplanade non c'era più posto e sono stata trasferita all'hotel Savoy. Sottolineo che non sono stata preavvisata telefonicamente di questo cambio. All'hotel Savoy mi sono trovata veramente male, non si può certo definire un 4 stelle S. La camera era grande ma su tutte le pareti ci sono zanzare spiaccicate, la moquette era macchiata sia nella stanza che nei corridoi e non avevamo un balcone, come avremmo dovuto avere all'Esplanade. La pulizia delle camere era scarsa e ho addirittura trovato nel letto e lavandino capelli della cameriera,lenzuola macchiate; un giorno ci hanno fatto trovare un asciugamano in meno per la doccia e il giorno dopo ci hanno hanno lasciato senza gel doccia e shampoo. Ma soprattutto la ventola del bagno, rumorosissima, era controllata dalla reception e attivata alle 7 del mattino!!! Da sottolineare che, nonostante le mie lamentele e la richiesta di attivazione dalle 9 in poi, la ventola ha continuato a essere attivata alle 7 e solo l'ultimo giorno, dopo aver parlato con tutto il personale, sono riusciti a risparmiarmi la sveglia alle 7. Oltretutto il bagno all'una di notte si riempiva di odore di fumo ed era impossibile entrarci; la mattina, invece, odore di fogna. Faccio presente altresì che il personale della reception ha osato sottolinearmi che avevamo usufruito del loro hotel di categoria superiore ad un prezzo nettamente inferiore, quando il cambio non l'ho di certo chiesto io. E' stato un pessimo soggiorno, non mi ero mai trovata così male, lascerò commenti negativi anche su Tripadvisor e avviserò gli altri viaggiatori ma soprattutto, non è possibile prenotare tramite un sito e trovarsi trasferiti in un altro albergo, il cliente deve essere informato prima.
